Funky Grooves from Brazzaville ( Republic of Congo). Released in the early 80′s years by the congolese Rod a.k.a. Roch Niangandoumou, this hit was for weeks in the top of the charts. The best part of this, according to my opinion, is the rap part in lingala. I love such fusions between african langages, rhythms, beats etc… and european or american beats, rhythms.
Rod live actually in Belgium and keep doing his thing.

Quelle belle surprise ! Tout va très bien Madame La Marquise ! Je réside toujours aux Pays-Bas mais je suis de plus en plus présent en France pour des raisons professionnelles et familiales.
